Can I switch promotions on my P-1, or do I need a new filing?
My P-1 was approved with Promotion A, but Promotion B offered me a contract. Can I use the same visa?

No. File an amended I-129 showing new dates, purse, and Promotion B’s reputation. You can compete for up to 30 days during amendment review. Consider switching to an agent-filed P-1 or O-1A for flexibility.
