USCIS still requires a peer consultation, but you can:

• Request letters from Guild of Music Supervisors or Dance/USA confirming your awards and acclaim.

• For P-1S, get a letter explaining how lighting/projection design is integral.

• If unions say they have no jurisdiction, document that, as USCIS may waive the requirement.
